Our journey started in the villages of Tamil Nadu, where the art of wood-pressed oil extraction has been passed down for centuries. We worked closely with skilled artisans, learning the wooden ghani (Marachekku) method, a slow and gentle process that preserves the natural nutrients, antioxidants, and rich flavors of the oil.
