Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The product has a quality issue or is expired.
  • The item is damaged due to a packaging defect.
  • A wrong product was delivered.

To process your request smoothly, please send us an email or contact our customer support with the following details within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear pictures of the product showing the issue
  • Description of the concern

Requests raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

How to Return the Product?

Once we verify your concern, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and confirm the issue.
  • If the concern is valid, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • No cash refunds will be provided.
